Young people live under constant pressure. The world keeps telling them who they should be, leaving little space to slow down, express themselves, or simply enjoy the moment.
insight
Pressure doesn’t stay in the mind. It naturally leaves through the body. Simple repetitive movements create rhythm, and rhythm turns nervous energy into a moment of release.
execution
We transformed a Tuborg bottle into a simple musical instrument. Four metal strings turned an everyday bottle into an object people could touch, play, and use to release tension together
